TERMS AND CONDITIONS   WARRANTY: All vehicles are being sold AS-IS WHERE IS. No warranty is provided.   DEPOSITS: A $300 non-refundable deposit by Paypal is acceptable to hold the vehicle for a total of 5 days. You must use your Paypal balance or debit/credit card to send the deposit, absolutely no E-checks. The rest of the payment must be sent within 5 days from the deposit date. The vehicle must be picked up after 10 days from the initial deposit date otherwise a $20 a day extra parking and storage fee will apply.   ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS: Paypal is accepted for deposits only! The remaining of the balance must be paid using a wire transfer, or cash. ABSOLUTELY NO CHECKS!!! If Picking up in Person: CASH ONLY, CASH ONLY, CASH ONLY, CASH ONLY, CASH ONLY!!! Due to increased scamming activities if you are picking up the car in person we will only accept cash. "Certified" cashers checks can bounce, can be canceled and can be faked. When you pick up the car in person you will get the title right then and there after you pay. NO EXCEPTIONS WHATSOEVER! If Shipping the car: If you are shipping the car the wire transfer must clear first (usually 24 to 48 hours) then we will overnight the title and other paperwork via FedEx Express. Important NOTE for those who are shipping the car: Please understand that you will need to pay for the vehicle and your payment has to clear BEFORE you receive the title and the car. If you have a problem with that then we suggest you find a car locally.   LOANS: Please have all your loans PRE-APPROVED before you commit to buy.   SPECIAL ORDERS: A 50% of an estimated value of the vehicle is required as a deposit for all special orders. If within 60 days we can not locate the vehicle you desire you may ask for a full reimbursement of your deposit. Please keep in mind that it takes time to locate rare and hard to find vehicles with specific colors, options and mileage.   FEES: There are no hidden fees or surprises. Everything that is described below is what you pay! Temporary tags are included in the fees. Florida Residents There is a $285 dealer transaction fee plus sales tax. Percentage of the sales tax depends on the county that you reside in. If you need a new license plate add an extra $162 to the total amount. Out of State or Overseas Residents There is a $285 dealer transaction fee for out of state residents as well. If you are coming to pick up the car in person and want to drive it home then you must pay 6% FL sales tax. Florida LAW states that if you take PHYSICAL possession of the vehicle in the state of Florida then you must pay sales tax. This is the Law, it is not negotiable!!! If you are shipping the car through a licensed shipper then there is no sales tax.   SHIPPING AND HANDLING: Buyer is responsible for all the shipping charges and arrangements for the carrier to pick up the vehicle. We will be more that happy to assist with any shipping needs.   LEGAL ACTION: By purchasing a vehicle the buyer agrees that any legal action associated with the sale from either the buyer or the seller is to take place in the State of Florida in Broward County Courthouse. Buyer also agrees to be responsible for all legal costs including, but not limited to, court costs, expenses, attorney fees, cost of process service, and all other costs associated with the normal course of business.   AIRPORT PICK-UP: We offer a free airport pickup from Ft. Lauderdale International Airport (FLL) during normal business hours which are Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM, Saturday from 8AM to 3PM Eastern Time. We provide pickup for ONE person ONLY! If you plan to bring your entire family then please take a cab. Prior arrangements must be made if you are flying in on a Sunday.
